Account and data deletion request

The Hyper app is published by HYPER REAL. This page describes the procedure for requesting the deletion of your account and personal data.

Deletion procedure

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, you can:

1. From the app: Settings → Delete my account
2. By email: Send your request to contact@hyper-apps.com with the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased from our servers:

• Profile information (name, email address)
• Health and fitness profile data (goals, level, preferences)
• Training history and performance data
• Account-associated data (profile photos, etc.)

Data retained

Some data may be retained for legal obligations (accounting, transaction records) for a maximum of 3 years. Billing data via the App Store or Google Play is managed by those platforms.
